    That’s a coincidence – I let myself have a breakdown today after days of being miserable, and I felt much better afterward. Funny how depression helped make that become a good thing…^_^;

    This is me so hard.

    Sometimes I don’t even do it at home though and then it builds up and comes to a nasty psychological head and I lose it at the worst time possible

    It sounds ridiculous, but it actually can be a reward. There’s a catharsis, an emotional release, I guess, in just crying out everything that’s been weighing on you all day. That’s been my experience with it, anyways.
